Allan Avigdor

Allan Avigdor is a founding partner and the acting President of Quesys. He has over 25 years of IT and operations experience in the private and education sectors.

Allan has spearheaded hundreds of diverse IT projects, ranging from full school campus design and implementation to the secure integration of multinational acquisitions. He works directly with clients to properly assess their organizational needs and challenges, and then chart a strategy for the most secure, responsive, and cost-effective IT solutions.  

On the technical side, Allan specializes in IT security and holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification. He also has a keen interest in education technology and in complex environment WIFI solutions.

Allan has a graduate-level academic background with multiple awards and publications. He regularly volunteers with schools and not-for-profits to help find ways to use technology to benefit the community. 

 

Joel Ekstein

Joel serves as the CEO of Quesys with over 25 year of leadership experience. His rare mix of deep technical expertise and business acumen is evidenced by a proven track record of delivering efficient technology solutions to complex business challenges.

Adam Blechman

Adam thrives on getting to know new clients, understanding their unique businesses, and building strong relationships with their teams. Internally, he spearheads professional development and client service, leading our IT specialists to foster both technical excellence and open communication.

While we are known for holding ourselves to exceptionally high standards in technology and security, communication is also a crucial part of our success. In addition to being part of our decision-making leadership, Adam’s role is to help both our partners and our internal teams to feel supported and engaged in ways that ensure the best solutions and outcomes.
